Couples Counseling

Relationships bring both joy and complications into our lives. Couples counseling opens the door to stronger communication as you navigate conflict and build communication skills tailored to the two people in the relationship.

Parenting Support Group

Parenting can be a rollercoaster of challenges and joys. This group meets weekly to connect parents as you experience similar stages of life. The group will highlight a trend, strategy, or study about child development and parenting in addition to creating space for sharing and supporting one another.

Groups will be scheduled as they fill. Parent groups will be organized by age: 3-5, Elementary, and Middle and High School.

Parenting isn’t simple. With parent support, my goal is to provide tools, psychoeducation, self reflection, and emotional support as you move through the various challenges that the parenting role brings to build stronger relationships with your children.

School Advocacy

Does your child struggle in school? Are you having difficulties getting your child’s needs met? Is the system overwhelming you?

In School Advocacy, I work with families and schools to understand your child and create a supportive learning space that allows children and teens to meet their academic goals. I help families navigate the challenges of getting a personalized plan in place and identify what specific supports will help each individual child.
